Ok so I have a new obsession! Buxom Lip Plumper lip gloss! There are two different kinds. Full-On Lip Polish which has a cooling tingling effect (this one is my favorite). The second one is the Full-Bodied Lip Gloss. I just got this one and I prefer the tingling one. With the tingling one I feel like it is working and actually plumping my lips. The great thing though about this lip gloss is that it isn't sticky and actually has a long lasting wear! Unlike most glosses they dry your lips out and you have to us a moisturizer before your lip gloss. This gloss I find to be hydrating and has great shine and a large color selection. Here are my two favorite colors
This is the Full-On Lip Polish. My favorite color is the Chloe shown in the picture. I personally think having a good pink gloss is a must have for every girl! It looks great on every skin tone and really gives a fresh brightened look. I find that even if I don't have time to do the whole eye make up routine I can throw on some tinted moisturizer, blush, mascara and this gloss really gives you that finished fresh face look.
This is the Full-Bodied Lip Gloss. Again these both are high moister and great shine. My favorite color in this gloss is the Hello Lover. It has a tint of coral to it so really goes great when you have a little summer glow. This specific color wouldn't necessarily be good for all skin tones. If you have more of a pinkish undertone in your skin I would go with a more Pink than coral. Coral colors really are for the more olive skin tones.
So here you have it! My two beauty must haves! I literally don't leave home with out it! Even if I am not wearing any make up and just running around town or at the beach I have to have this gloss with me! The great thing is too its fairly inexpensive. $19.00 at Sephora! Hope you like this gloss as much as I do. I swear it is the only plumper that actually works!

Working inside out!


Along with my daily vitamins like I said above it is import to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Now I am not perfect at this. I cheat all the time but try to make sure to like everything in life find a balance. I try to do some sort of cardio. Me personally I like to run at least 3 times a week. I have heard though that yoga for those that want something a little less impact is amazing and really good for your skin as well. The great thing about working out whatever style you choose to do not only will you feel great but it helps release toxins and purifies your skin. Working out helps keep your skin clear and glowing. It also release natural endorphins that make you happy! And happy people always look better!
Now eating healthy isn't always easy. I don't pretend it is but here are some easy super foods that I like to put in my morning Juice or when I make a smoothies I like to put it in my smoothies.
Aloe Vera Juice helps keep us regular if you know what I mean and is amazing for your skin. Not many people realize this super juice isn't just good for burnt skin but when drinking it on a daily basis helps keep our skin looking young and fresh. This Juice is also great for boosting our immune system by keeping our system alkaline level optimal. This is also an amazing detoxifier. As I said above it helps keep us regular and not bloated but it does so by releasing toxins in our body. All very important to maintain a healthy life style.
I put coconut water in my smoothies instead of milk or water. Coconut water is not only amazing for helping your hair have a beautiful natural shine but also has a lot of electrolytes and helps keep you hydrated through out the day. I am not a huge fan of the taste of this water due to the mineral taste but it is great for your skin and hair so when you put it in your smoothies it is tasteless.
These are just a few of my daily secrets working from the inside out! When I make my smoothies I like to use blueberries for antioxidants, strawberries for fiber, banana for potassium and I will add a raspberries, blackberries and all natural peanut butter for protein. If you are allergic or not a fan of peanut butter or want a lower calorie fat burner I will sometimes add all natural greek yogurt!
The saying beauty is from the inside out wasn't only meaning personality! All though that helps too. I must say as well before taking any of these supplements consult with your doctor first. What works for me may react and not work for you so safety first!
